Reservation Confirmation

Once you have completed the reservation process and the corresponding payment, you will receive a confirmation of your digital reservation by e-mail to the address provided during registration. This confirmation will serve as proof of your reservation.

 

Problems with Delivery

If you experience any problems receiving or accessing your digital reservation, please contact our support team at info@menorcawatertaxi.com or 606501111 for assistance. We are committed to resolving any issues as soon as possible.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations by the User

Prior to Service Date: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of the digital service booked will be refunded in full.

Within the Specified Time: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the date of the digital service booked may be subject to a 7% refund fee.

On or After the Day of Service: Cancellations made on or after the day of service will not be refunded.

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

 

Cancellation Process

To cancel a reservation, the user must contact our support team at info@menorcawatertaxi.com or 606501111, providing the reservation information and the reason for the cancellation.

 

Exceptions and Special Considerations

Special Events or Services: Some reservations for special events, promotions, or specific services may be subject to different cancellation and refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Exceptional Circumstances: in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the provision of the reserved service, reimbursement requests will be evaluated on an individual basis.

  1. Right of withdrawal

The customer may cancel the order placed, without justification, within 15 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party he has indicated, other than the carrier, receives the last of these goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must state his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal. In case of withdrawal on your part, we will proceed to reimburse the payments made by you, including delivery costs – if you buy from the Balearic Islands – without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement on the card used for the transaction after checking the condition of the product.

Please note that you must return the items following the instructions described above within 15 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

 

  1. Applicable legislation. Jurisdiction

These conditions have been formulated in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Codes, Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, 1998, on General Contracting Conditions and Law 7/1995, of March 23, 1995, on Consumer Credit. These terms and conditions, together with those contained in the main part of this Order Form, constitute this contract.

All rights granted to consumers and users by the laws in force are guaranteed.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of controversy arising from these conditions, for the resolution of disputes the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals provided for in the applicable legal regulations on jurisdiction, in which, in the case of final consumers, the place of performance of the obligation or the domicile of the buyer.

In the case of a sale and purchase made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the corresponding Courts and Tribunals.

 

  1. Modification of sales conditions

Menorca WATER TAXI reserves the right to make changes to its website, its policies and its terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale, at any time.

You will be bound by the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you place your order, unless, by law or by requirement of public authorities, a change must be made to such terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale (in which case, such changes may apply to any orders you have previously placed).

If any of these conditions is declared invalid, void or for any reason ineffective, such condition shall be deemed excluded without such declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
